YOUNG WOMAN CHOKED AND KIDNAPPED BY VICTORIA POLICE
Whether you’re Police or not – if you’re too dumb to realise you don’t need to choke a young woman in order to do your job, you shouldn’t be wearing a badge. No excuses.
This is absolutely disgusting behaviour from both officers. Both highly trained and experienced – both privileged white arseholes with less than half a brain between them.
If a man his size can’t get a girl her size to comply without needing to choke her as he was at the start of the video on a virtually empty street, then maybe @VictoriaPolice should improve their training. And weed out morons like these two who think it’s acceptable to not only detain but choke the breath out of a young woman because she’s obviously upset.
It doesn’t matter if she wasn’t being compliant. There was absolutely no need to assert that level of force, in that manner, to a woman who had no means of defence. It’s absolutely breathtaking the level of ignorance that these two officers have displayed – in light of women being hunted, stalked and murdered on the very same streets in recent history.
What do these officers think their job is? What do they think people are going to do if they do things like put their hands around a young woman’s neck? Do they think she’s carrying – what – the entire Covid pandemic stuffed in the back of her throat?
I’ve dealt with non-compliant people – big fellas trying to fight each other at music events. You know what – I’m 169cm. And I didn’t need to choke anyone. Let alone sustain the choke for minutes when it was clear it wasn’t necessary. No wonder the girl tried to defend herself – she’s terrified. So they arrest her for that???
Just as bad is the behaviour of the supporting officer/s. That the female took part in the assault by backing up the lead gorilla ( sorry , that’s an insult to gorillas ) by doing nothing and calling in support? What the f*ck is wrong with people – that they could stand by and watch a young woman fighting for her safety, and call in backup?
There is so much wrong with the behaviour of these officers. So – much – wrong. It’s absolutely disgusting, and no wonder people hate the fucking police.
Worst part is – it makes every other Police Officer’s job ten times harder, because everybody, myself included, now has ten times less trust of the cops than they did before seeing this.
That male officer should be stood down TODAY – by lunch. Sent home. An immediate investigation commenced, and in my opinion, he should be charged with assault. It’s clearly on video. Then he should be fired, and the young woman compensated.
Poor, poor lady. Good on her for fighting back. With all the sadness in the world this week, she deserves a fucking medal.
In this case, unless proven otherwise, I say – FUCK ( THESE ) POLICE.
