So as is the current situation with modern justice, a man named Scribla will appear in the Downing Centre court tomorrow for committing the offense of ‘Affix placard or paper on premises without consent’ (Graffiti Control Act 2008).

He wonders whether to recognise the court…

    • He did. He chose not to plead guilty or otherwise; in fact he insisted that it was recorded he refused to plead based on questioning the jurisdiction of the court over indigenous land. Of course it won’t hold, but it will get the issue raised in court, even if it’s just an explanation as to why the crown chooses not to recognise the traditional owners of the land.
